Terms of Service

The rules for using Experia as a member, professional or business.

Last updated: November 2026

1. Who we are

Experia is an online platform that connects experienced professionals (mentors, advisors, consultants and retired experts) with people and organisations seeking their guidance. Experia is not a party to the advice given in sessions; professionals are independent.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications or experience; harass others; upload unlawful or malicious content; scrape the platform; or attempt to bypass payments or security controls. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Paid services

Prices, currency, billing interval and any trial are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See the Payment Policy and Refund Policy for details.

5. AI features

AI assistants and AI Mentor Clones generate automated responses. They can be wrong and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or tax advice.

6. Content and IP

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Experia a licence to host and display it to operate the service. Experia's brand, logo and software remain Experia's property.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Experia is not liable for indirect losses or for advice given by independent professionals.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify members of material changes. Questions? Write to us via the Contact page or at jeetairen@gmail.com.
