Payment Policy

Currencies, gateways, renewals and revenue sharing.

Last updated: November 2026

1. Gateways

Payments are processed by Stripe (international cards, charged in USD) and Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, charged in INR). Experia never sees or stores your full card details. Availability of payment methods depends on your country and the gateway.

2. Currency and exchange rates

Prices shown in other currencies are estimates using a live exchange rate with its last-updated time. You are charged in the gateway's currency; your bank may apply its own conversion.

3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You will see the renewal date in your dashboard and receive a notification after each renewal.

4. Revenue sharing

For paid professional services (sessions, courses, AI Mentor Clones), the professional receives 60% and Experia retains 40% of the commissionable amount unless a separate written agreement applies. Gateway fees and taxes are handled under defined accounting rules and shown separately.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal fails, your plan is marked past due and we notify you to update your payment method.
