Professional Engagement Terms

Terms for mentors, advisors, consultants and experts offering services on Experia.

Last updated: November 2026

1. Independence

Professionals act as independent providers, not Experia employees. You are responsible for the advice you give and for any licences your profession requires.

2. Accurate profiles

Your experience, qualifications and achievements must be truthful. Verification badges are shown only after Experia has completed the relevant checks.

3. Earnings

You earn 60% of the commissionable amount of each eligible transaction; Experia retains 40% unless otherwise agreed in writing. Earnings are visible in your mentor dashboard.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made to your verified payout account after the service is delivered and any refund window has passed. You are responsible for your own taxes.

5. Conduct

Respect confidentiality, attend booked sessions, and follow the Community Guidelines.
