Refund Policy
When and how payments can be refunded.
1. Mentor sessions
Cancel at least 24 hours before a confirmed session for a full refund. If a professional does not attend, you receive a full refund.
2. Subscriptions
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.
3. Courses and AI Clone access
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the content (for courses, completed less than 20% of lessons).
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the same gateway (Stripe or Razorpay). Bank processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
